By using the app Moodflow or accessing the website moodflow.co (from now on "Moodflow", "the app", "the website", "us", "our", "we"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site and of using the app. The materials contained in this Website and within the app, are protected by copyright and trademark law. The app Moodflow, available in the Apple Store and on the Google Play Store as well as the website moodflow.co, are property of Web Free IO, S.L. registered in Spain.

2. Use Conditions

Moodflow is a mental health app created to help people become aware of their mental well-being and help them recognize patterns in their behavior and mood. Any deductions made out of the data available is made by the end-user and Moodflow can't and will not warrant its certainty.

Moodflow can be used for free and is accessible from a person's phone. Moodflow has a premium version called Moodflow Plus which can be purchased within the app through their respective App Store. All features except the Cloud Backing feature become active once the Plus trial period begins. The Cloud Backing feature becomes active once payment has been received by the respective App Store. This is done so to bloat the storage servers with one-time user phone migrations.

Moodflow reserves the right to terminate a users account if the end-users behavior abuses the apps APIs or threatens the platforms integrity.

3. Disclaimer

All the materials on Moodflow’s Website and app are provided "as is". Moodflow makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Moodflow does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its Website or app or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this Website.

MOODFLOW EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE (App, Website or any other content related to Moodflow) FOR MEDICAL, PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES.
